Been a huge Altra fan for years. Tried a size 14 wide and have been really impressed. Wide fit around the toe box and secure lockdown in heal. Feel is snappy and bouncy while being comfortable at the same time. Very much recommend, especially at the price!

I have consistently worn New Balance running shoes for more than 20 years. My most recent shoes were the Arishis, which fit me like comfortable slippers. The Propel, in my mind, is for mid to high mileage runners looking for cushion with light weight. I always buy my NBs a half size larger than my shoes, which works for me, but the Propels are a bit tight in the toe box.

The shoes look good and feel great but the material is not durable for everyday use. At some point the shoes were snagged or punctured while out and about. I would suggest them only for running and not cross training or daily wear.

Loved the fit of these shoes. I wear size 9 and that is what I ordered. They are very comfortable and have the extra spring in each step. They make running just a little less crappy for me.
