After some research, I found that micro-dosing melatonin is better than full dosing, especially for neurodivergent people. We started with the smaller bottle to try and after running out because we used it that much, we went to reorder. Smaller bottle wasn't in stock, but the bigger bottle had the same medicine, just a bigger dosage cap, so we poured it into the smaller bottle and continued with the dropper dose. The taste isn't THAT bad as some reviewers commented. We started by mixing into a couple ounces of water but now we just drop under our tongues then sip on water before swallowing. Having the smaller dose is worth it for the somewhat unpleasant taste. 5/5

Serving size is 10 mL but with 5 mL, it was lights out for me. I've struggled with getting 6 hours of consistent sleep per night but with this melatonin, I'm getting 9 per night! And, I only take half a dose every other night. That's how strong this stuff is! It tastes horrible alone so I usually mix it with fruit juice or flavored water.

I use this for my autistic son. He has a hard time falling asleep and tgis helps jim. I jist gice him a 1 ml every night and he falls asleep and for the most part stays asleep. Good product.

My daughter has a feeding tube and crushing the melatonin tablets was not working for us, because it was trying to clog her tube. This is a good substitute. Can't review the flavor as none of us has tasted it.
