As much as I dread giving her melatonin, my daughter just has so much trouble winding down. She's six now and I think she just doesn't have the energy that she used to, so we're down to 1/4 of the 3mg tablet. It's so easy to dissolve, she likes the flavor and she sleeps soundly. Don't be afraid to adjust the dosage if your child is hard to awaken after a full nights sleep. I suspect we may be off of this by next year.

This is the perfect amount of melatonin for me and the wife and half for the kiddos when needed. They taste great and dissolve easily. These don't take long to kick in for me, just make sure the room is dark when you take them. Research how melatonin work in your body to better understand how to use this supplement.

tasty. i take it about a half hour before i'm ready to go to sleep. i like that they're so breakable. sometimes i take half or a quarter, depending on how tired i get. the trick is timing with melatonin. i have been taking these most nights for the past few years. LOVE. cannot live with out really. i am a horrible sleeper and these make ALL the difference.

I used to use the 5 mg time to release, but I felt groggy in the morning. This one doesn't make me feel is groggy.
