I hated the thought of using something for sleep but my girls (5 and 6) were regularly keeping each other up past 11. Not ok. I tried lavender and that worked about as well as politely asking the clouds to stop raining. First night they were playing for about 20 min before sleep, now after a week they're both asleep within 10 min of going to bed! At last! Quiet time! Gives me time to be alone and get some things done before I need to go to bed. This has given me rested kids AND me time. One girl says it tastes great, one says it does not, so toss up there. Happy mom though!
