I highly recommend these dry noodles! The seasoning packs make noodles super flavorful. The texture of the noodles are just like what you would get at a Taiwanese street vendor. So bouncing The volume of the noodles are pretty decent too, more than what you usually get with other brands.Dan Dan Sichab Spicy are my favorites!! You can add an egg and some vegetables to make it a more balanced meal too.
