The Mityvac7201 makes brake flushes easier and less messy, and has also been great for power-steering flushes. also great for extracting overfilled fluids as well , the Mityvac is able to suck out extra fluid in a clean manner, and it's also great for performing routine oil changes. The fluid evacuator has a 2.3 gallon/8.8 L capacity and features an automatic shut-off to prevent valve overfilling, which is great for my 2010 Range Rover Sport that holds 9 quarts. and saves me about $350.00 doing it myself.

I made a mess the first time I used it because I was not careful enough. Experience is a good teacher. The rigid discharge tube take some getting used to in that it doesn't always stay where you put it without clamping it in place. I'm too old to be scrambling under my vehicles to drain oil so this is a great tool if you can get to all fluids from above. Worked great on my 34;02 Camry oil and tranny, 2011 Forester oil and tranny and my '97 Celica oil (manuel tranny). Was able to flush tranny on '05 Silverado 5.3 but no way to get tube to oil reservoir. This is Chevy's fault because something blocks the tube. Great tool once you get used to using it.

Had it for about a year and used it twice so far - engine oil change for a BMW X5. Easy to use and definitely much easier than getting under the car to drain engine oil. If not for now only having a car with oil filter accessible from the top, I wouldn't have gotten this. My older cars (2002 Acura RSX and 2003 Audi A4 1.8T) need to replace engine oil filter from the bottom, so this wouldn't have speed it up.

Great fluid evacuator. Pump it out, pump it back in.... your choice. Well built. Would be nice if they included a small size or two hose but those are available almost anywhere.

Came in rough condition... It certainly wasn’t in very good shape. Hoses look new, but base pump shows a lot of wear. Box looked like Heck! Missing bolt and but that folds the pump to the base....

Got this as a gift a while back, finally got the chance to use it. It's a gimmick and nothing more. It got maybe half of the oil in the crankcase, and made a mess in the process. Don't waste your money. You're still gonna have to drain the crankcase the old fashioned way if you want to change the oil. If you see someone you paid money to change your oil pull out one of these. Get your money back.

Have used this to change oil on Audi Q-5 and VW Eos. Both have engine trays that make accessing the oil plug a major PITA. But this pump did an excellent job making quick work of both oil changes in less time than it would have taken to perform one using the conventional method
