There were some positive and negative experiences for my recent purchase. The positives, the doll looked amazing, smaller than the original but look great. The doll appears to be of good quality too. The company was responsive when I had questions but some answers were ambiguous. The negatives, the order was weeks delayed due to issues in customs. The original tracking information did not work because is was for DHL Germany and not DHL USA. The box was crushed, which was disappointing because the box was nice and would have love to kept the doll in the box. It would be good to have known the order was coming from out of the country and the delivery was going to be weeks late.
