Order one size down as others have said. I'm normally a medium so I ordered a small. The arm length is fine however the coat is short and looks odd.

Did not like the material, it seemed cheaply made and was somewhat oversized. If you guys are looking for a quality and great looking white coat, I would definitely recommend the landau consultation white coat (WWT version). Although more expensive, the quality is just much much better and well worth it.

The material is indeed hefty and would probably be nice for the winter. But the medium is way too loose around the chest and arms. I think a WWE wrestler would be able to put their arms in and have room to spare. Worst part however is that the opening for your hands flares out. You can see it in the product image but it's more prominent in person.<br /><br />For reference - 42 in. chest and size 32-33 in sleeve length. J. Crew Medium Slim is a little tight on me.
