Perfect fit for my Marshall MG15DFXTook 5 minutes to pull the head out, pull the wires off the old switch, remove that and replace with this and put the wires back on and screw the head back on. Awesome!

Easy to install - as mentioned, take off the 6 screws at the top that allow the electronic board to drop down. The switch box itself is really hard to squeeze with fingers alone, but basically grab a tightening wrench or something that can pinch the clip on top and bottom, and free it from the head. You can do this before (or after) removing the 4 wires - i removed the wires first. You'll have to really wiggle them for them to come loose - hard to get off, easy to get on. REMEMBER to label them or take a pic so you know which one goes where. Then simply push the new switch in from the outside of the unit (requires some force to compress those clips again), and reconnect the inside wires, ensuring there's no bare metal showing on the connection (there should be plastic sheathing to slide over the wire ends). Done, less than 5 mins.

Easy install on my Marshall amp.

Remove the four screws on top of the amp and slide the control board out from the rear of the amp. Keep note of which wire is connected to the switch.

Pinch and remove the old switch, wiggle the connectors off, insert the connectors to the new switch by running it through the hole and install the switch in by pushing it from the face of the control board. Reverse install and mine was finished.

This switch is a direct replacement for your Marshall Amps, Just like the one your Amp comes with. Very good price and it shipped fairly quick. I almost threw this Amp to the trash pick up but I decided to do a little research to see if I could find a switch for a English built and designed product, (built in Vietnam) but of England design, parts are very hard to find for Marshalls if you know what I mean. Would highly recommend.
