My Asian Soninlaw turned me on to this. Can be used for minced or chopped fresh garlic in soups, stews, sauces,and I love it in cooked rice with sweet chili sauce.

I love these I use it on everything I can spaghetti salad bread dip etc. The first time they had a long shelf life but this one is already expired which upsets me as I still have half the container still. If you can use this much in a short amount of time then wonderful they are definitely worth the buy but if you can't then they ain't so worth it.

I am so very happy with this product. The garlic is very aromatic and crisp. I use it in all types of cooking. American and Italian and also Korean and Japanese. It's wonderful for sauces, soups and ramen as well. Hope the price does not go higher. Really love this item.
