The first board came damaged...probably because of shipping. It wasn't until later that we realized there was no marker stand. The replacement board came fast and the product itself is just what we expected. Just make sure there is everything in it right away.

We assembled our whiteboard today -- it arrived in good condition, no bent parts or dings or cracks. We are missing one part (actually, we got an extra one of another similar part, so someone just goofed) and so we will have to address that somehow, but all the screw holes lined up fine and it went together OK -- two people needed since it's pretty big. It came with a phillips screwdriver and a wrench, but one really needs two wrenches to get things tight and a cordless drill would be better to have on hand (the screwdriver tip gave out eventually). Wishing it was about 10 inches taller -- would probably make it top-heavy for the frame, but we are sort of tall people and so writing on the bottom half of the board will take some getting used to. Overall, it fits what we needed it for, for the price we were willing to pay, and we will make good use of it very soon.

We received this magnetic whiteboard and unfortunately it was damaged during shipping. I contacted Luxor and they had me send a photo of the damage. They sent us a brand new whiteboard within a few days at no charge. We are very happy with this item and have two of them in our office. It's great for our Sales Team and Engineering Team to communicate their initiatives.

Perfect for our homeschool classroom. Love the rollers. Easily assembled. Magnetic is always a bonus. Love that it is double sided. Allows for continued discussions and brainstorming sessions. LOVE LOVE LOVE it!

High quality writing surfaces. Sturdy frame. Good, locking casters. Easy assembly. Exactly what we wanted. We'll be ordering more.The only reason that I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is that when you flip the board over, one corner catches on the frame and then also the spring clip that holds it in place is finicky. We don't do that much, so it's no big deal.

I've been using it for a couple months now. It is a very nice board. Very easy to assemble (I bought the 72x40 size, and for that size you'll probably need a helper). The smooth high-quality coating is cleanly erasable. I see no ghosting and no marker stains.However -- just as other reviewers have noticed -- there are 2 or 3 shallow straight vertical dimple lines in multiple spots (from top to bottom edges). It shows inadequate quality control, or poorly designed manufacturing process (I used to work as a manufacturing engineer, btw). So it's somewhat disappointing that the US distributor accepts low quality products for resale.Yes, the board is not perfect. And I will live with those dimple lines. Returns are too much of a hassle. Seems the seller knows the buyers will rather accept those small defect. That's a disappointing gamble with customer satisfaction rating.

The whiteboard and easel was delivered on the day promised. It was not damaged and had all the parts. My 10 year old and his 9 year old friend put it together by themselves in about an hour. I think an adult could easily assemble it alone. My children have gotten good use out of it doing math and science problems. The only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is because the material it is made of feels cheap and not as sturdy as I would like.
