Got my oven to go up to 450 and popped the pizza in.It was expensive and I was hoping for success.The bottom was gloriously brown and the cheese melted perfecyly(Still think it should not have been THIS expensive though)

Very impressive performance. Yes u have to hand wash and you also have to use specific scrubbing utensils if you do encounter sticking but WELL worth the effort. First cook was sausage, peppers, onion, potatoes and garlic at 375 in convection oven. Potatoes are notorious for sticking to most oven pans. I got lots of caramelization on everything with no incinerated areas and no sticking even in corners. Cooks very evenly. Build very well with welded corners and nice pinch rim (Doesn't hold water like typical rounded rims on sheet pans). Very happy so far. Read and follow directions so you can be happy too!!

I rarely get excited over a pan, but I have been using this pan for seven or-eight months almost daily. I am constantly amazed at how nonstick it is and how quickly it washes up.I have never needed to put it in the dishwasher or scrub it, hot water rinses the stuck-on food away no matter if there is some burnt on or not and then I just sponge it off with a little dish soap.I make sheet pan meal almost every night with veggies and a protein.It fits perfect in my Anova Precision Oven.

Do you like that crunchy thick edge crust on your pizza? This is the pan. HOWEVER... You have to take care of this pan. DON'T put it in the dishwasher. You will destroy it. Yes your pizza will come out and there will be pieces that are a bit stuck, I know you are going to want to scrub and pick that stuck on stuff off, but you need to STOP and simply take the pan and fill it with HOT, soapy water. Let it sit for about 10 minutes, then you can take a wooden spoon (yes, a wooden spoon) and rub on any truly stuck on pieces and they will come off. Then just use your dishcloth to wash rest of the pan, rinse well then towel dry the pan. Set the pan where it can finish air drying before you put it away. This pan will give you years of faithful service but you must care for it with love. If you start throwing it in the dishwasher or start using scrubbier on it, it will scratch, warp, and rust then you'll be fussing because YOU ruined it. Love this pan by taking care of it and it will reward you with great pan pizza! HINT...IF you don't want your pizza crust to burn at high heat, then use Double zero 00 flour. It's designed NOT to burn at high heat!
