I will warn you, if you use regular liquid shampoo, there will be a transition period where your hair will be wonky. That's your body's way of getting used to not having all of the chemicals used on it. Once that period is over, your scalp and hair will be better than they've ever been. This product smells amazing, lathers well, lasts a very long time, and is environmentally friendly (no plastic or synthetic ingredients).

This cost more than the same brand shampoo bar but is half the size. As far as how well it conditions my hair, it did ok. I was able to brush my hair but it's frizzier than with my usual conditioner. I will try a different brand in the future as this is the first bar conditioner that I've tried

I was curious how this product would work because of all the mixed reviews, but I was determined to stick with the bar shampoo to reduce my plastic consumption. I got this bar a week ago and have used it 4 times. I have fine, colored, shoulder length hair. I've heard that you shouldn't rub it directly onto your hair but I wasn't able to get it to lather in my hands. When I rubbed it on my hair it instantly lathered like crazy! I made sure to get in every section of my hair and get all my roots. I don't have a conditioner bar so I used my liquid bottle conditioner. My hair felt gross after, was difficult to comb, and when dry it felt like there was a lot of wax and residue on the bottom half of my hair even though I rinsed thoroughly. My roots felt good and healthy. The second time I tried it, I used the ACV rinse as suggested by other people. I put the mixture in a spray bottle and sprayed in my hair after shampoo (and rinse) then rinsed thoroughly. I was worried my hair was gonna smell like vinegar. It does right up until it dries then there is magically no smell! This time my hair was softer and easier to comb, but still felt like there was residue on the ends. I tried the baking soda method on my third time because I heard it was good to remove residue. I mixed baking soda with water and rubbed it all throughout my hair, then shampoo, then ACV. HUGE difference!!! The baking soda really did remove the buildup that was left in my hair. My hair was thick, but not full of residue, and soft! The ends were still drier than I'd like so I added some oil to the ends the night before I shampooed again and this time did just shampoo and ACV and it really helped. My hair feels natural and healthy and I will absolutely continue using this product! Normally I shampoo every day because my hair gets nasty greasy if I skip even one day, but I've gone multiple days between washes and while my roots get a little bit oily, it is not greasy and limp anymore like it would normally get and I feel more confident with my unwashed hair in public! I thought the transition period would take longer honestly but I think that one baking soda rinse did the trick in removing the buildup and that's all I needed to transition. Love this stuff!

This product is amazing. My daughter and I love this. After 1 wash our hair was so soft and really easy to brush through. You don't need conditioner. Definately will buy again.

Wow if anyone has dandruff or an itchy scalp amazing . Just simple ingredients no chemicals . please also don't wash hair with regular city water it has fluoride ! I washed hair with spring water the result is just a miracle

Good product, lasted a long time, I got it for my husband to use on his curly hair and he was t crazy about it. Not much suds as opposed to normal shampoo.Very natural and healthy and a great company
