This two-pack is one left handed and one right handed. They are not interchangeable. Wraps do work to stabilize wrist, though it takes some practice to optimize if doing by yourself. Quite comfortable, but started smelling funky after a week and needed to be washed. The thumb hole does just seem to be cut out and is not embroidered but that's actually more comfortable. I have a compression sleeve where the thumb is embroidered and that extra taughtness of the fabric means breaks are required. I tend two swap between styles of braces throughout the day.

I have arthritis in my thumb and need to immobilize it while I sleep This does the trick. I knocked it down a star because the velcro seems to catch on everything when I sleep, and the thumb portion hits me exactly in the joint. If you have longer/shorter fingers, this may not be an issue for you.

I got carpal tunnel from writing notes for my college classes, and so I use this for support. It works pretty well and is rather sturdy, but either the internal structure or the Velcro always leave my hand red in some spots

This is an excellent product. I had pain shooting in my right hand due to work activities so I ordered this product. It worked so well that my pain went away within a couple days. Glad to have this on hand for whenever it flairs up again.

My wrist sometimes bothers me and this helps to remind me to watch my level of activity when I'm wearing it. It is comfortable and I often wear it during the day to rest my wrist. I feel this was a good purchase.
