Although the brought is lightly flavored.. it's a great base to make a good sauce. I added garlic, ginger, garlic chili oil, green onions. Pretty good. I think they are a little expensive but since it's organic

I thought I would enjoy this more... its ok. The flavor is very light so if that's what you are seeking this is perfect. There is no off-putting bad flavor just a very light mushroom taste... kinda watery for me.Its a pretty good mild base but I needed to add veggies, mushrooms and seasonings for my personal tastes. 5 stars still because it's good quality ingredients.

These are nice; they aren't fried, and the soup isn't particularly salty, and the portion is a smaller 200 calories. So these are a healthier choice than most ramens, particularly if, like me, you add some vegetables. And the noodles cook just as fast as conventional ramen.On the downside, they aren't particularly cheap, and my package only had three months left until it hit the expiry date -- more a complaint about the vendor, but as this is a Chinese product, nearly-expired could be typical.

I know some people have called these noodles bland and to an extent I agree. But this is because it's not fried and doesn't have as much sodium as most other ramen packets. This is the price you pay for a healthier option. You must make peace with that.. Feel free to add extra salt, soy sauce(same thing), sesame oil, crushed red peppers etc. I also find it more flavorful to pour the packet into my bowl first instead of boiling the noodles with the packet. I take the garlic bits out first though, and toss them in the water.
