Great flour, but the price?!?! I'm fed up with the FALSE rise in all food products, and $20 for 5lbs of flour is INSANE! we all need to WTFU and stop playing this game and complying with ridiculous Gov. rules and regulations and just grow, harvest, process and sell the product! Come on America, grow a pair! I will be milling my own from now on...

I use this flour for everything I bake. Breads to cookies and it works great. Love knowing it’s organic and although it’s a bit more expensive it’s well worth it. Quality product I will continue to buy.

This flour is wonderful, but you need to check your dates before you send it out. My was expired! 30 lbs of flour with an expired date can’t be used up fast enough. Gave you all stars because I love your product and I think it was an over sight not checking your product. I’m afraid to order more so will find it in the store so I can check dates myself.

This is the flour of choice for artisan breads and yeasted pastries. Equivalent to a French Type 55 (milled from premium hard winter wheat), it can best be described as an all-purpose or low-protein bread flour, making it very versatile in a bakery. It yields a dough that handles easily and has great fermentation tolerance. Ideal for artisan breads, laminated dough, and Neapolitan pizza as well as cookies, scones, and quick breads.
