Love he striping but key pieces missing to the assemble. Had multiple runs to HD to get this over the finish line. Used Duct Tape in the interim.

Save your money. Usually, Toro makes great products. This isn't one. Roller is supposed to have a screw in plug to secure sand in the roller barrel. Instead, it comes with a cheap rubber plug that will break or fall out too easily. The hole to put in the sand is very small and takes quite a while to fill. Love my Toro mowers but this roller kit doesn't make the grade.

loved this great easy to install product. I did notice the loophole that worried me would brake as I've seen in other videos of other products because they're made of plastic, toro did great in implementing a metal loophole which made me feel better. the part that is extremely time consuming is having to add sand into the small hole it has the size of a quarter or smaller. it took me a good 30 min to fill up to an hr. I filled it halfway and put it to the test did some visible lines, but you need to fill it all the way I've learned. As a final thought, yes i do recommend this product and i am very happy with it.

I paid $85 for mine 7 years ago. I thought that was wayyyy too expensive. In the past 2 years, the exact same striper and parts, has increased 50? whoa! 3 stars because its sooooo expensive. 1) Use silica sand. 2) NO NEED FOR 16-20 pounds of sand! Whoever came up with that weight is fos. 3) Use silica sand. 4) Do not use concrete of sand box sand, way too course. 5) Use silica sand. 6) You can add as much or as little silica sand as you. Half pound, 1 pound 10 pounds, whatever works for you. 7) Experiment using silica sand. 8) Had mine for 7 years. It still works fine.

If you are considering it. Just do it, it makes all the difference in such a repetitive task.

Does a great job striping my lawn. The hook connection is a little sloppy, and unless you keep the hook extended, it is very hard to get the striper bar hole through the hook.

I got his for my husband for Father’s Day and he loves it. I makes such straight lines on the lawn. He takes that very seriously.

This might be my favorite purchase of all time.

Love that it gives great stripes, but they don’t stay in long. Easy to install and full the barrel up with sand to the top the more the better. My dislike is that you can only go straight no backing up and no turning. Good quality and the price was great.
