Great product I'm putting mine in the shade so I do not anticipate quick fading. Beautiful for my guests who smoke so I don't find butts in the yard after a get together. I don't smoke so this is a great way to make guest comfortable but rarely having to clean up the mess. Thinking about getting a second one for front yard and I also purchased the black salt stuff to go on the bottom. Will need to use a funnel to put it in.

The reason why i bought this item is because i did not like my husband (family/friends) flinging their cigarette out into our lawn after they were done. I have been after him for years using different ideas. I saw plenty of business with this idea but using different types of material. This idea worked like a charm and the color red matches our house sideing. Now i can finish our landscape and let flowers grow instead of piles of cigerattes.

Haven't had to empty this yet... and it could be a little bit of a challenge since the only opening to dump is where the can connects to the tube. The red is extremely bright! We've discussed repainting it to not look so crazy at our house. Great quality! Heavy enough to withstand the winds of the Midwest and not blow around!

Visually attractive solution for those nasty cigarette butts. Trying to eliminate having to my 80-year Mom from having to pickup other people's Butts.

Bought 2 of these for the house in July of 2019 to keep careless smokers from flicking their butts in the yard. Works great for that purpose. Just emptied them both today 4/24/20 for the first time. Emptying them is not quite as easy as it is to fill it up. The only way to empty is to unscrew the metal tube and shake for a few minutes until the base is empty. With that being said it is still better then picking up the butts out of the yard.Would recommend.

I was impressed at the quality. It has some weight and the neck part is metal. A lot of the other ones I was looking at had complaints that the neck was plastic. The color looks great too.
