They can be torn apart, the feet and comb can be torn off swallowed and the squeaker apparatus can be torn out of the butt and potentially swallowed too. I've bought several, because even though they require supervision, they are nice dog toys.

These are awesome. We have an animal sanctuary and several dogs love to fetch. So we throw the chicken every afternoon. We have a mini aussie that goes nuts for it too. I do cut out the squeaker w a knife upon arrival as I do with all squeaky toys, these squeakers are a choking hazard, as are all squeakers, they also ramp up the prey drive in dogs. I wish toy makers would give up squeakers. This toy is extremely durable and lasts about a year of daily abuse. I highly recommend.

I don't want to give this a bad review because my puppy loved his new toy. He was about to chew to the squeaker in maybe an hour. But I don't remember reading that this toy was intended for bullies so I'm glad he had fun.

My dog has had this toy since Christmas and he destroys everything! This toy only had a small hole that my dog made but I'm surprised that it has survived my dogs aggressive chewing

JW Toys are indestructible! You will not be sorry you got your favorite pup these wonderful squeaky toys! We give them as gifts to our neighbors because they are so durable and the animals love them so much!

My Corgi is a very aggressive chewer and he loves this toy. It squeaks and he chases it like a ball. So far it has endured several days of play, which is several days longer than most toys last with him!

I bought this toy after buying one of their other products at a local pet store. The toy bought at the pet store is the only one my dog (a very aggressive chewer!!) , has not been able to tear apart. He was able to chew this chick's head off but it still squeaks and he LOVES it!!. I also bought the green ball (which he loves too). It is still in one piece too. I do not believe that there is a completely indestructible toy but this brand is the best I have found so far. My dog has torn through many toys very quickly. The toys from this brand so far are the only survivors. They may be a little battered but still mostly whole and functioning. The price is very reasonable too. I highly recommend this brand of dog toys!!!

My dog appreciates the color being red, unsure if all are red. But my dog just loves the red color and different shape. Squeeke and overall quality is good. My aggre ssf I've chewed has left it undamaged, although given its shape, I will not leave with her unsupervised as I will a good ball or rope.
