I used this to make boba and it was somewhat difficult to knead but the product was a good use of money and didn't really have a taste, I would recommend this for its many uses and good price!

The stiff bag opens all the way at the top so I can measure and even the excess in the cupsI measure with right back into the bag. Anthony's flours are my first choice for this reason.

This is an excellent product. It's something I keep on hand all the time for my gluten-free baking. Anthony's has excellent products. I've order some of their other products and have not been let down. Plus they include information about where the product comes from, a little history, uses for the product and a joke.
