This crystallized ginger is on my subscription list. Use it every day with yogurt and fruit for breakfast. A fair amount of sugar left over so I keep that and use it to flavor pancakes, waffles and cookies. And whatever else strikes my fancy.

Ginger is pricey in general but this brand/size of ginger bits is perfect for granola making and saves a lot of time trying to chop sticky granola chunks into smaller tasty accent bites. It's an essential ingredient of our favorite homemade granola.
