Harrison's pellets are supposed to be super healthy for small parrots, but problem is - they refuse to it them. Mashed food has a distinct advantage: because it's so fine, it mixes with other bird food so well, that birds cannot separate it and eat all together.

I am so glad this mash exists. Before I had to grind up the harrison pellets into powder by hand or by a food processor, which took forever, and then I would top my birds' chop with it. But this is already in powder form so it saves me so much time.
