Pump runs very quiet and we have warm water at the kitchen sink almost instantly. Pump cost with tax was just over $200, but that was the cheap part of the installation. I hired an electrician to install an outlet for $180 near the water heaters (I have 2 in parallel) and then I paid a plumber $400 to install the pump and replumb the water heaters in series. I put in the valve under the kitchen sink. Not too complicated, but took me about an hour, because it was a tight fit since I also had an RO unit there. Now, after a few seconds, the water temperature at the sink is 96 F. So, happy so far with the pump, but my advice is to have a plan before purchasing and consider if you can do the job yourself or will need professional help.

Super easy install unfortunately for Florida homes with plumbing under the slab buried in the dirt not ideal. Nothing against the pump just the Florida builders not insulating the pipes. They literally bury the pex tubing in the dirt so the hot water lines cool off quickly. By the time the pump gets the water to the sensor valve temp dropped 20 so the only way to make it better would be the speed the pump up to move the water faster which I can't do. Otherwise it would be five solid stars.

Pump and mix valve work great, I removed a spot location water heater and installed this pump system.Easy to install and works great, not sure why my builder didn't put this in instead of the small water heater.

I bought Watts because my father in law had one in his house and it's lasted more than 10 years so far. I had mine installed with the installation of a new hot water heater by a plumber, so it looked like installation was easy. The pump makes no noise, the timer setting was easy, and so far it works great. I get instant hot water at my kitchen sink which used to take 3-4 minutes to get hot. I would recommend this pump if you have a sink that takes time to get hot, this really works.

Not sure if it's common, but I was spinning it to set the time and trying to set it up and it stopped working. The time does not continue rendering the timer function useless. Ended using a smart switch, which is actually a better solution.
