Bob's Red Mill Organic Oatmeal has been a great discovery for me. I've eaten oatmeal for breakfast for more than 20 years, but in a first this oatmeal cooks in under 5 minutes and is delicious besides. I likean oatmeal with texture, and I think this is definitely the best brand for that.I also feel that buying several packages at once and having simple paper bags encourages shoppers toconsider the environment when storing cereals. I put the oatmeal in a covered dish for my cabinet, andstore the rest in the pantry. The oatmeal is convenient and accessible, without bulky packaging.

The cheapest organic oatmeal I have found. I use just a little less water than it calls for to get the consistency I like and then stir it after it comes out of the microwave and let it sit for a few minutes before adding fruit or whatever to it.I find it to be equal to or better quality than other brands I have tried.
