Gildan 5400 Heavy Cotton 100% Cotton Long Sleeve T-Shirt

Going to Alaska in September and being from Florida really have no warm shirts. These fit great and very comfortable.

I bought these to wear as a base for welding under my normal t-shirts. I chose the color white in a size medium and they fit good. The cotton content is 100 cotton, which is the main reason why I got them. They are fairly thin, which is a plus for me and what I am using them for, but if you want a thicker long-sleeved shirt, this might not be the best option for you. If you just want a little bit of warmth, this isn't too bad of an option, though. I think you could wear these out in early and late spring as well as early and late fall. During Wintertime time this could serve as a base layer, but would not be the best option as your only shirt. the last thing I wanted to add is that these shirts are a little bit see-through, but they are not as bad as others. I've ordered from Gildan in the past, and before ordering these, I had tried the ones that said G2400. When I compared them, these were less see-through than the G2400. I just wanted to add these in case anyone was planning on just wearing this long-sleeved shirt by itself. I got these shirts very recently, so the fabric still feels soft, but I will be making an update if the fabric's feel changes. I am planning on using one strictly outside of welding to see its usual wear in more "normal conditions."

Medium weight, all cotton, very comfortable. I will buy more. Plus very inexpensive.
