We do not offer refunds or discounts of any kind for melted or damaged chocolates even when they are shipped via Next Day Air. We will of course add ice or cold wrap any time you wish to pay for it. We can tell you, from experience, the ice and cold wrap will not protect chocolate when a gift sits in direct sunlight for even a small amount of time or indirect heat for more than 1 day. It simply will not work.
