For the boss audio motorcycle speakers it took just a little bit of trimming on the plastic and the speaker fit right in and sounds really good.

I'm using the speakers in my R2 D2 build. They are very sturdy and very loud. I would highly recommend.

Like others of said, I'm not sure the speakers are full range. They are loud and sound good, however, the speakers that I was replacing were much more crisp and hit the high frequencies better. However, these speakers are very well-built, with a heavy magnet and a high quality cone. Two of these and a tweeter sounds great for small applications.
