They come as shown and as described. These are cheap and light duty. Glad i bought the large pack because 1 in 10 break. I would not buy these again for my application (holding tarps over a stationary storage rack) but they would be fine as cheap free gifts or holding keys but that's it.

Great for light loads. make colorful giveaway items. There are a thousand uses for these items: modify the baby stroller so you can hang shopping bags from these; attach little trinkets and decorate the christmas tree with some of them; then, at the end of your party, give them away as little gifts to the kids (and whoever else!), honestly, they love them!

Not too happy thought I would be getting more colors, out of the 24 I got 2 blue,2 gold the rest were green and pink I guess you get what you pay for was looking forward to being able to use these for camping, kitty hammocks for my fosters. The whole reason in buying these were the many colors oops guess they don't care if the customer is happy.
