I read all the complaints about how it says the item contains 2 rolls and people only received one. For my application, I didn't care and ordered it anyway. Imagine my surprise when I received a double boxed, undamaged shipment of 2 rolls. Go figure!

It is rare in this day and age to find a company that seems to truly care about customer satisfaction. When I ordered a product that didn't meet my needs, they offered to replace or return with no hassle, and were quick and easy to communicate with. This is not the first time I have used GBC. I have always received the merchandise in a well sealed delivery box and it was delived on time and exactly what I ordered. I tried another company and was very dissappointed and came right back to GBC! As I said on top, this is a tried and true company. I will continue to use them. Thanks GBC!!!
