Great for the environment and wonderful to use

You know, I really have been traumatized by cheaper versions of this quality product!This is the best tool to use when cleaning delicate stemware or any other drink ware , for that matter! It really does do what it claims to do; remove lipstick and everything else!The fact that replacement heads can be purchased, make this a wise investment!Its easy to handle, it stands up and doesnt constantly fall over (like the cheap ones do).So far, its held up well.Would definitely recommend!

The replaceable head is way too expensive

Zero waste, they said. Refills, they said. Only NO - no refills to be found. Anywhere. Not even on our website. EVER.And THAT'S if you're lucky and our terrible design doesn't break irreparably at the wooden section of handle before you need a new sponge head (it held up with this glass cleaning sponge brush, but not with the dish brush, and I can tell both of them have the exact same handle design, so it's only a matter of time). Also, the plastic pieces securing the head to the top (plastic part) of the handle gave out BEFORE the sponge head was especially far gone. Complaints about this issue abound in the review sections for all these brushes, going back many years: I should've listened to them, because clearly Full Circle ISN'T.End of the day, these brushes are purely for looks, not waste reduction, and their bad design makes them get thrown out much more often than regular brushes, which is actually WORSE for the environment. The only thing you'll find green about using these Full Circle products is the how nauseated you'll feel by the company who makes them, faking environmental concern just to line their own pocket.

I like this bottle washer and have purchased several. Because. It's poorly made. It is too easily broken.Since a replacement head hasn't been available for some time, I hope the manufacturer is working on making this item stronger.
