I use it for vegetable soup every week and it's great.Every few bites you get a soft lemon piece with a hit of flavor.This is our second pack. We decant it into the freezer into smaller packages.It's tossed into other meals where it cooks for a bit with moisture.It is so easy to use and high quality.I bought it again.
