I got into herbs when my health took a weird turn. Cinnamon is such a great healing herb and learning the different types has been fascinating. Every time I open this cinnamon it is a breath of freshness and delight. The flavor is so different than the powder you get in the stores. Having a way to properly grind the cinnamon sticks as needed makes for fresh flavors every use. I use a granite mortar and pestle for teas and a course grind and for finer uses a blender or coffee grinder works also.

First time ordering from this company or this type of cinnamon. Yes there were broken pieces but I think that is to be expected as it's just more fragile. Packaging could've been a little better and might've helped. Cinnamon taste fantastic I put it in my tea no bitter taste I would order again.

I have not purchased this Ceylon cinnamon before, but thought I would give it a try. It is so much more fragrant, and more full of taste than the cinnamon sticks I have bought before. I find myself using it for almost all of my teas. Highly recommend this.

I bought these to steep in my homemade teas. The quality and freshness are excellent. They're very aromatic creating a wonderful flavor in the tea. If you make homemade coffee creamer these are wonderful to steep in whatever product you use (dairy or non-dairy) for a delicious cinnamon flavored creamer. Absolutely recommend!
