I started taking this a week ago to help detox while coming off hormonal contraceptives. I swear this has taken away my food/sugar cravings. I have not made any other changes to my diet or lifestyle I have experienced intense mental cravings for sugary food for many years; especially around that time of the month or during times of stress. I didn't take it for that purpose, but it's been such a blessing!

My brother used this to cure his testicular and lung cancer. It really works! I buy a bottle twice a year and take it as a preventative. I can't live without it. I highly recommend this product!
