The unit itself is good and sturdy. Well built. If it is installed well, it is hard to imagine that it would break. The one design issue is with the knobs though. I find it difficult to hold both knobs pulled out while turning the bag with my third hand. One easy workaround is just to remove one know, pull the other one out while swinging the bag, and then reinsert the knob. It's a little clunky, but it works. If I could figure out how to get both knobs to stay out while swinging the bag that would also solve the problem. Anyhow, it is a small complaint and overall I have to say it provides plenty of room to work the bag, and then tucks away when I want to park the car. I would recommend it.
