I splurged on this after my other shredder died after many years. I love the micro cut as I now don't have to empty nearly as fast. And compared to my old shredder, this shredder is so quiet, not that annoying noise like my previous one. Well worth the money.

Don't expect it to shred wads upon wads of paper, but it can take a stack. It's pretty robust and shreds finely for my needs. Not the best value given the price but if you're looking for a great shredder this should last you a long time. I'm happy with it anyway.
