This is my second fellows paper shredders. The last one lasted 10 years with every day use first in an office for eight years, then at home for two years. This is definitely a workhorse. Very pleased with the quality and I love that it has wheels. At the 10 year mark, it began jamming and didn’t respond to oiling, but I’m not complaining.

Have owned this shredder for over 10 years with impeccable performance. It finally died. Before owning this model, we owned several shredders that lasted no more than a few years. So, it was a no brainer to replace it with the same model. Low maintenance and the perfect size for our needs.
