I eat a low sugar diet, so dark chocolate is a standard part of my every day diet. While Lindt doesn't have the most complex flavors out there, it is decent for mass produced chocolate. I like that the 90 dark doesn't have any emulsifiers. The flavors of the chocolate don't come out very well when just munched on quickly. This is a chocolate that is better allowed to melt in the mouth and taken time with. It has a very smooth texture as it melts. The flavor is fairly one note, but it does do a good job at lingering on the taste buds. As a "daily driver", it works great for me because craft chocolate is far more expensive.

These chocolate bars were well packaged and still held their form despite being delivered on a hot day. Make sure you’re home to receive these when delivered! The flavor is just the right amount of dark tones without being too bitter. The finish is smooth and slightly sweet. The perfect chocolate.
