I was a little nervous to try a fish jerky but luckily it was worth the risk. The flavor is very good with just the right balance of sweet and salt. The best by date is seven months out so that will be plenty of time to enjoy the whole package. Definitely will buy again.

They say it's wagyu but I have never trusted a meat that claims to be something once it's been ground up and smashed into a different shape. The flavour is alright, it tastes like normal beef. However it is really greasy and coated with a film of oil. I know wagyu is fatty and will melt easily. Though I doubt it melts in a room constantly at 40-50 degrees Fahrenheit.

I bought a box and taste tested before loading the rest up in Christmas stockings. I assure you these were so good they almost didn't make it to others at Christmas because they are so very, very good. YUM! I will buy these again but just for me this time LOL

Ok, not cheap. But for an on-the-fly snack (or just an indulgent treat), these are quite tasty and satisfying (assuming you like fish). The sweet maple coating adds much to the experience. The texture is firm, but not tough like jerky. The consistency is a bit grainier than I prefer (as in, this is pressed fish fragments), but I'm a fish fan and I'll go 5 stars on this convenience treat.

I survived on these when my Dad was in the hospital and hospice. They flavor and packaging are great. They will forever remind me of my precious Dad so there's that too. :)

I'm from Alaska and I know what good smoked salmon is and this really isn't it. It's basically beef jerky but salmon. Very tough and not that full of flavor. If you want more authentic smoked salmon, I'd look elsewhere.

Good flavor and chewy. Not heavy on the fish taste but good entry if you trying to eat more salmon. Got some for family and they liked them, they are so more the fish eating side so overall no regrets.
