I needed 1632 batteries to replace the ones in my car remote and hadn't realized they were lithium when I ordered them. I got them in the delivery window they told me and they work fine. I understand per google that they are actually better environmentally than NiCad so that was a bonus and so far they work just fine. I've had my original NiCads for 8 years so let's see how long these last. Will update if they fail within a year.
