This bag is roomy and easy to use but after only a few months of daily usage, the shoulder straps has come undone from the main compartment of the bag. I was not expecting that of a labled heavy duty purchase. But it's a great buy if you can switch it out with another backpack and don't have to use it daily for a long stretch of time.

LOVE this backpack I'll be giving it as Christmas gifts this year. One feature I love is that you can pop it open and it will stay open while you're putting things in it until you collapse it. I use it every single day.

My daughter uses this backpack for school . I should have ordered her a size 18 inch . Nothing against the bag . If your child is tall go up a size. She loves it so that’s what counts.

She likes the way it opens at the top with the snap button.Also the added stitching for the pen holder. Very sturdy plastic.

This is our second clear backpack of the year (who knew 1st graders were so rough on backpacks!), the first one tore at the corner so I ordered a replacement. This one arrived today with what looks to be blue dye stains all over the back! I presume it’s from the straps but if they can stain the plastic just by being next to it, what is it going to do to my child’s white school uniforms!! Highly upset with this!
