I used to love Hershey's Dark until they swapped the Chocolate Liquor with the Milkfat in the ingredient list. This Bouchard chocolate tastes like chocolate, not like sweet goo! $24 sounds like a lot, but the pieces are a nice size, very satisfying, AND you get a Giant bag of them. Normally I don't like dark chocolate above about 60, but the Bouchard chocolate, while not as sweet as Hershey's Dark, is not bitter. I would recommend them to another chocolate lover.
