Hard hitting and hard working. We use this almost exclusively for backing nuts off of base plates of structural steel column bolt groupings - post concrete pours. Great tool.

My Snap-On pneumatic impact had lost power and Snap-On said it was not a model that could be rebuilt!Since I have other Dewalt tools I have had great performance from I decided to give this Battery Powered 1/2 drive Impact a try.Best decision I could have made as I no longer have to drag an air hose across the floor to use it. I can also put it in the Pickup truck when I am traveling in case I were to have a flat tire. The wheels torque at 150 Ft-Lb so they can be a challenge to loosen if you need to change them. Plus, it would minimize the time on the side of the road with traffic flying by.The 2-speed feature is a plus as well and makes it more useful for task when you do not need the speed.
