These shoes rub a little on the heel, though that is to be expected when breaking in new shoes. They are perfect for my cosplay of Marin Kitagawa from dress up darling. Super cute, and comfy minus the heel, though I'm sure it'll be fine once I wear them more.

They have excellent grip on the bottom. But one little thing about the strap for the ankle make sure you have it lose by one hole so it doesn't rub against your ankle. But overall they are amazing shoes and the grip is perfect like normal shoes.

I really loved these shoes and I think they are very cute. It's just that the buckles with the embellishments are not covered so the folded metal stabs into your feet as you walk. It's very uncomfortable and has made me far less likely to wear them.
