GREAT BOOTS!Super comfortable, even though I wore them out all night without insoles.---High enough heel to look like "heels" and enough platform to make it a pretty gentle heel.---They come up just high enough to give the ankle some stability. --I'm even able to wear a support brace underneath and have nothing show or look weird. ***The trend right now is for boots to barely hit the ankle (booties... I'm looking at you Poison styles), which is hard on ankles and certain death for anyone with any previous instability or injury.*** ---I'm even able to wear a support brace underneath and have nothing show or look weird.---The laces are waxed cotton shite, but actually function to tighten or loosen the shoe. So, my high insteps and tiny ankles get a good fit. Probably also GOOD FOR WIDER FEET/ THICKER ANKLES.Very cute, got stopped by people to compliment them.Bad news: they shed a bunch of their spikes the night i wore them out.
