Some reviews said they didn't receive the Decky brand. Mine was correct. It came with all the Decky labels and brand name tag sewn into it. It seems to be well made.

I wound say this can fit a toddler cause it's adjustable and it also can fit a kid about 7 to maybe 13. It's a basic white visor and keeps the sun away from your face.
