I really like the look of microedge speakers, and put these in my Master Bedroom. The magnetized cover is a revelation! At volume these are a little shrill, but at normal in-ceiling volumes, the tweeters really give nice detail. The nuances on these are better than the Micca or Monoprice speakers that I also own. The bass is not as good at volume as the Micca's or Monoprice speakers, and I think in a theater room setting at volume, they would be fatiguing. The midrange is pretty good. For my purposes, they are not meant to be high volume where I put them, so I am pleased. So much so, that I bought the 6.5 inch Dayton's for my dining room for the exact reason of wanting good detail at low volume.
