95 out of 100 (60 is passing for me){I haven't washed it yet}Good quality mesh backed hat. With a Velcro strap. Stands at about 5 1/2 to 6 inches tall (I included pictures)Fits me perfectly.

Hat did not survive 1 gentle cold water wash cycle. I have other hats that I wash the same way. I have not had this issue before. I use my hats for work so they get dirty and need to be washed.
