- For embroidery decoration, the final price includes 5K stitches embroidery on the front of the product. If the actual stitches exceed 5K, additional charges will occur. Thread color change or metallic thread or additional locations will incur additional fee.
- For printing decoration, additional locations/colors may incur additional fee.
- For patches decoration, different size of patches may incur additional fee.
- Industry damage allowance is 2% of order, at least one piece. We would refund the damaged pcs if there any. Please order extra pieces as need.

The hats are great, Size, fit and wearability are good. But, when you pull the manuacturer's sticker off of the hat brim, it leaves a sticky oval spot on the hat brim that you can see. I expect my new hats to be clean and spot free. They fail on my criteria!

I have to order this same hat 2 every couple of years because my husband won't wear anything else and wears them out. They do not have the bulbous top in the front like normal hats.
