How To Measure

NECK
Measure around the base or thickest part of your neck.

CHEST
With arms relaxed at side, measure under your arms around the fullest part of your chest, keeping tape parellel to floor.

SLEEVE
Measure from the center back of your neck across the shoulder, over bent elbow to just below the wrist bone.

WAIST
Measure the area where you want your pants' waistband to sit, keeping the tape comfortably loose.
