Works with Home Assistant. My Smart Sprinkler controller, Rachio, uses the data to more accurately adjust watering times. Works with Home Assistant to! Love it!

The monitor shows wind speed, gusts, outdoor temperature and humidity, indoor temperature and humidity, atmospheric pressure, rain rate, rain totals (daily, weekly, and monthly), UVI level for sun exposure, and Light for solar strength. This is a fun toy for backyard weather enthusiasts.

I like it ok but the instructions could be better. I don't like that the rain gauge is not accurate with strong winds and rain. The instructions say to spray Teflon coating on the rain cup too keep the rain from splashing out. Maybe they need too make a Teflon coated cup.

Great reliable weather station. after over three years use still works like new.I have even bumped the inside display off the end table on to hardwood floor a couple times. the batteries fell out .Put them back in. Set it right back on the table.Still works great. I don't advise testing it this way. But seems to be well made. I enjoy the rain gauges being so accurate.

Meteorologist husband really likes getting the weather information, especially ability to get it remotely. The previous one lasted about 3 years; multiple severe weather events finally beat the first one to a pulp. The unit itself inside the housing functioned even at the end, the plastic moving parts succumbed to Mother Nature. Since we don't have a perfect location for the best results (our homes are pretty close together), the wind rating can't be measured accurately, but the rest of it is good! We got the ham radio antenna installation kit to easily install the weather station on the trim near the eaves of our house. If you permit sharing, other people on the network can check/compare instrument readings.

I received this toy and I have it set up temporarily on a tree stump about 5 feet above ground level. I'll be moving it to the outer wall of my house once the mounting brackets and poles arrive. Once installed there it's be about 35 feet above ground level and clear of any obstructions. The setting up of the monitor was simple except time with the DST option. I took a few resets to figure it out. No loss just a few salty type of old sailor cussing.I have the weather station operating on Wunderground.com updating every 16 -17 seconds. The only thing I haven't seen is the rain gauge reporting. The rain has been avoiding my are the past couple of days. Hopefully the forecast will hold true and by late this afternoon it'll rain. All in all a decent product that provides a snapshot of what's it like outside without logging on to the laptop.

I did like the unit. The display is kinda hard to see at angles like people have said. After one year the temp sensor has stopped working. A new outdoor unit is almost as much as the entire system.
